Equal Pay Policy

Objectives

  • To ensure that salary, rewards and benefits decisions are based on fair criteria including employees' role, experience, skills and job performance
  • To eliminate salary differences, if there are any, based on gender or gender identity, ethnic origin, age, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation or national origin discrimination.

Salary differences based on gender and national origin are measured in internal and external salary audits. Evaluation of discrimination based on gender identity, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief is done by equality surveys sent to all employees at CCP Games.
